If your order is missing

If tracking shows your order has not been delivered, we will send a replacement free of charge.

If your order arrives damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with:

  • clear photos of the item, and
  • photos of the packaging (if possible)

Once reviewed and accepted, we will send a replacement free of charge.
