How Kiwilandia Works
Kiwilandia uses the Fulfilment on Demand model. That means your item only exists in its blank, undecorated form until you place an order. Once purchased, your order is sent to my trusted fulfilment partner, where it’s printed or embroidered and shipped directly to you.
Because nothing is made until it’s needed, there’s no waste. No warehouses full of pre-printed stock and no unsold items ending up in landfill. It’s a more responsible way to produce clothing — better for the environment and ultimately better for you.
My supplier operates facilities in multiple countries around the world. Whenever possible, your order is produced and shipped from the location closest to you. There’s no fixed rule for this however, as it can depend on the specific item, stock availability and production capacity at the time.
As a general guide:
- Orders to New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific are usually fulfilled from Australia or the USA
- USA orders are usually produced and shipped within the USA
- Canada orders are usually fulfilled from Canada or the USA
- South-East Asia orders are usually shipped from Japan or the USA
- UK and Europe orders are usually fulfilled from the UK, Latvia, Spain, or the USA
- Middle East & Africa orders are usually fulfilled from the UK, Latvia, Spain, or the USA
